Cancellation Policies
Cancellation in Edmonton:
Full refund if cancellation occurs at least two weeks prior to the start date, $30 cancellation fee per registrant after that. No refunds once classes have commenced.
Cancellation in Sherwood Park & Ardrossan:
Please note: Programs run through the County of Strathcona have their own guidelines regarding withdrawal. Check their website at www.strathcona.ab.ca/recreation - go to “Click-it.”
Class Session Cancellation:
"Rhythm, Rhyme and Story Time" reserves the right to cancel classes based on insufficient registration. Cancellation of a class will be determined one week prior to the designated start date.
Individual Class Cancellation:
If a class should need to be cancelled due to instructor illness or other unforseen circumstance a make-up class will be offered.
